SO Derby is the first skater-run, skater-owned, non-profit league in the Rogue Valley. Our skaters come in all shapes and sizes, and from all walks of life. Each member of the league has a voice and contributes in a unique and powerful way. SO Derby is a sanctuary for our members to train, mentor and lead. With the help of our family, fans and friends, SO Derby makes Southern Oregon even more awesome!

The Southern Oregon Figure Skating Club is a non-profit club, with a goal of promoting figure skating in all its various divisions. Club members are encouraged to participate in the many club activities, skating, taking tests, ice shows, exhibitions, competitions and to comply with and support the USFS and club policies, as well as help in fundraising activities. We are based at the RRRink Ice Arena in Medford and the beautiful Rogue Valley of Oregon.

Southern Oregon Fuego is an American soccer team based in Medford. Founded in 2009, the team plays in National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), a national amateur league at the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid.

Cross country skiing in Southern Oregon? Where the Siskiyous meet the Cascades. Southern Oregon Nordic skiers are blessed with a ring of snow surrounding the Rogue Valley during winter months. Our normal ski season starts by early December and sometimes as early as the first week of November. Snow cover at our usual venues starts getting thin by mid March, but skiers willing to travel to near by Crater Lake, Mt. Shasta, or Telemark skiers interested in climbing Mt. McLaughlin and Mt. Scott extend their ski season into April, May and beyond. Serving the greater Rogue Valley including the cities of Medford, Ashland, Eagle Point and the cities and areas near and around.

SOPA is a lively, fun community that provides indoor and outdoor recreation in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in North America, bringing people together to share physical exercise, skills, and companionship.

Southern Oregon Runners is a non-profit organization for the promotion of health and fitness through the sport of running and walking. Oregon's oldest and most active running club.

Our story begins with three guys who like to exercise on trails in the woods, whether it be hiking, biking, or running. Being in the woods offers a calming, almost spiritual experience. However these trails often weren’t in very good shape. In order to address this issue, we began moving downed branches off of the trails and now regularly remove downed trees up to 3 feet in diameter. Our goal is to make the trails better and safer for everyone and, as a result of our work, encourage more people to use those trails. It is our hope that with more people using the trails we will have a healthier and happier community overall. We are hoping to include more people in our alliance and to create a communication platform for others who share our goal of outdoor fitness and good trails for all. To that end, we have formed the Southern Oregon Trail Alliance or SOTA. SOTA wishes to enhance the quality of trails in Southern Oregon and, by way of that, encourage more people to enjoy the health and wellness benefits of being on those trails. The Southern Oregon Trail Alliance is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization as well as a registered public benefit corporation in the State of Oregon.

The goals and objectives of the Table Rock Soccer Club are to promote, develop and support youth soccer for boys and girls 19 years of age and under in an affordable, accessible and fun way, and to implant in the communities’ youth the ideals of sportsmanship and fair play.
